You can tell the owner doesn't care about this place. The employees could care less about service. They are always out of... things. It's not from being busy it's because they don't order replacement. Their oven was broken for months. Update, newmanagement and looks like a new crew. So much better than before, things are in-stock now. I hope itcontinues. Read more
I was surprised when I went recently. Restaurant was very clean. They had pizza, cookies and all condiments in stock. Usuly out... of most. I was then told location had new owners, manager and staff. It was a very pleasant experience. Read more
This place is horrible. I?ve been continuously here lately and the place is dirty. The tables are always dirty and the prep area... is pretty dirty as well. Really unorganized. The employees are always sitting in that front round table area on their phones orjust visiting with random people coming in the store. The manager really needs to step up here because the business buildingdoes have potential just no guidance. I?m not purchasing anything from this area anymore. Read more
Every time I go in this place they don't have any pizzas or say they don't just bc of laziness and if they do, then they're... "frozen" which is the way they come anyways. The customer service is terrible. You have to ask them how they are doing whichshould be the other way around. And how are you open when the toaster is not working. Terrible place. Read more
The last 3 trips I've made to Subwaybhave been subparagraph to say the least. I've ordered on the app and just went in to pick... it up and take it home. NOTHING was correct on any of the 4 sandwiches ordered at 3 different locations!! It seems the appchanges the order or the employees just don't care one! It will be awhile before I go back to the Subway in Stonewall, the onein Wal-Mart on mansfield road, or the one over by highland hospital - not the one acrodsvthe road but the one on youree drive! This was a horrible experience!!! Everything was messy and there was good all over the floor. The drinks didnt have any... carbonation and when we notified the workers they ignored us. There were 2 teens working and were severely sloppy. Will not goback. Read more
