With only a few Wendy?s around a 10 mile radius, this one is usually better than the rest but that?s changed. I ordered a kids... meal cheeseburger with only ketchup and they made it with mustard, pickles and onions. I?ve ordered kid?s meals from here beforeand they have never gotten it wrong until today. We were waiting at the speaker and window for 10 minutes each. Not a crazy linelike usual, but it started to pile up while we were there. If it takes 10 minutes to place an order than it should be correctupon payment? especially a kid?s meal that isn?t readily hot! They didn?t even give me a receipt when I asked and made me feelrushed while waiting at the window after only handing me my drinks. It was just unprofessional and a lack of care and leadershipthroughout the experience; and honestly this sealed the coffin for me to never return to any Wendy?s. What for? Read more
The woman at the window that took our payment this morning was EATING while she was talking to us and spit food out of her mouth... when she did!!! YUCK!!! Then, the icing on the cake? They got my order wrong and left out the sandwich. Need to get that fixedquick if I were management. Read more
People were nice and that's it. Their chili had 1/10th the meat in it as compared to other Wendy's I've been to. Blatantly... obvious they ripping you off on their chili. Taste like tomato soup with nothing but vegetables. Boo you, not this place again.2 stars cause people working there were nice, grilled chicken sandwich was weak too. It is currently 240pm on August 22nd. This is the 3rd time I have come here and I am currently waiting in line 40 min. The... workers are inside and not answering the drive through speaker and not comming to the window. Several of us walked to the doorwhich is closed and we see the workers and they won't talk to us. I spoke to a person outside who said this wendys sucks. Thatthey do this all the time. I have called corporate on them before and will do it again today. Hopefully they can get betteremployees. In the drive through 30 minutes before closing, an employee saunters out to advise those in line that we might want to get out... of line because they may close before they can take our order. My goodness, they are not even attempting to work hard, insteadencouraging customers to go elsewhere. Hell of a business model. Read more
Stopped to grab a late meal....should've eaten at home!! I wouldn't even feed these to my dogs. Had to bring them... back.....then he's had the nerves to ask me if I had a receipt....knowing good and well they knew those nuggets were disgustinglooking. Read more
