The wings here never disappoint. However, they need to do a better job with keeping the sauce off of the fries. They were soaked... with wing juice. I could not even eat them because they were wet and soft. Next time I will request they are in separatecontainers. Read more
Went there and ordered a 10pc wings with fries. Not even five minutes later my food was ready initially I thought wow that was... so quick but was very wrong. The fries were soggy and the wings bones were breaking apart and just altogether not good AT ALL.So I went back and talked to the manager and explained how the food was disgusting and how the fries were very soggy then shetold me ?We can?t remake the food just because you didn?t like it? This is what she said word from word. I was so shocked Ihonestly had no words at all. As one who purchases large $100+ orders WEEKLY for a youth program 1 mile away ?. I finally decided to give this place a try but... the customer service will cause me to NEVER EVER COME BACK. At 8pm today walked up to the young lady working the register to thefar left and very simply asked is their extra hot flavor extra hot, or is it extra sauce (because of course many wing places dothat). Her response was look at the menu. I assumed she didn?t hear me correctly so I literally asked 3 more times. Each timeher response was look at the menu. OBVIOUSLY I looked at the menu to order!!! When I noticed she was intentionally being a *itc*I walked to the next register and waited in line AGAIN. I literally asked the other young lady the same question. She verysimply answered it with no hesitation (saying yes it actually hotter vs it being more sauce) and I ordered. Take your hard earnmoney one light up to Wings 101 I promise you they?d never be rude and disrespectful like that and the food is utterly amazing,fresh, and generally done within 10 mins regardless of the volume of orders!
