If I could give no stars I would. If you don?t have what I ordered just cancel the order. Don?t send me inedible, cold, hours... old food that soaked through the bag into my car and managed to break through and soak my floorboards. This place also had theaudacity to pretty much just ignore my complaints. I tried to be nice at first but just repeating the phrase ?we don?t have it?doesn?t cut it. The only redeeming quality is that I ordered through a third party so I didn?t have to struggle with the ineptstaff to attempt to get a refund. This place is garbage. Read more

To say the service here is less than stellar would be generous, on my part. I stood there, in the lobby, for nearly five... minutes. A young lady walked past me, to finish mopping the floor, which I thought was fine, since it was wet. I am the onlyperson waiting to order, mind you. She asked a woman who walks in, way after me, if anyone has taken her order. I respond, "No,I have not ordered yet". She asks the woman about her online order, totally ignoring the possibility that I was there first.Then proceeds to ask me to order on the kiosk! That was the point when I walked out. She made no attempt to apologize orchange my mind. She simply moved on to the next person. This happened around 6:40pm. Read more

What a bummer. I have been coming to this location for years, and they have always had a high turnover. Today it seems as if... they have a brand new set of staff members on deck, and they are struggling to understand the concept of "no meat." There was ayoung girl at the window with braids who struggled with the order over the speaker. At the window, both she and the young manmaking the food struggle to communicate with each other about what the order was. I told the young lady that the order was wrongwhen she handed it to me, and I guess she copped an attitude. She told the boy about the mistake and then closed the window so Icouldn't hear. She came back with the meal and a smirk on her face then I drove away. I didn't go too far. I am still in theparking lot right now but I felt compelled to write this review. I decided to eat my food in the car and by the time I gothalfway through my vegetarian nachos grande, I noticed there was meat on my food. It's not as if it would have cost the boy orthe girl a single dime to re-make the food correctly. The young lady had an attitude that resulted in this review (and I thinkit's my first bad review ever but I couldn't let this one slide). We are talking about the jeopardization of my health which Idon't play with. After over 13 yrs as a customer, I will no longer patron this establishment. Good job Taco Bell. Do better.Hire better. Placed mobile order for 8:00pm pickup and got notification it was ready at 7:25. I was not ready to get it so called store to... verify and the guy answered the phone by saying just "Yo" (had to ask if this was Taco Bell). Said order was ready so got thereas soon as I could. When I picked up my order the employee never said a word, just dropped my food on the counter and walkedaway. When I got home food was like meat and cheese covered cardboard. This used to be a good location but not anymore. Will notreturn anytime soon. Read more

I had an order that was messed up by a newbie. I came back on lunch break and explained this to the General manager. Samone,... Madison, and poetry were very professional in helping me. My order was remade as well as she took the time to coach the newbie.I really appreciated that. I hope they all get the store up to par like they are fighting so hard to do. Terrible experience overall. I only put an extra star because this poor girl was working her butt off and tried making the... experience better. I don't know if it was her manager or supervisor running her around. The manager lady took the order and boywas that an experience. I swear they just picked a random person off the street and said here wesr the headset. I didn't evenget a receipt and my order was way off. Read more

Horrible service tonight! The person on headset was very short and borderline rude. I understand they were sold out of Mexican... pizza but the tone was unnecessary. Then I asked for a #1 with NO SOUR CREAM and made sure to state I wanted tomatoes and shecut me off again to say they were out?ok fine, but then I got to the window and she had charged me for supreme?smh?.then I gothome and tacos full of sour cream?and I was without a receipt. I tried to call and got no answer. I will be looking to speak toa manager tomorrow. This is ridiculous. Read more

What is this? I ordered a Bell-grande & 2 tacos. Everything was perfect, except the 2nd taco. Looks like one of the employees... was on lunch & threw what they didn?t finish in my bag. Read more
