The workers are extremely rude. He told my parents to pull up to the window to order. They were looking at the menu, so my mom... told him they would when they were ready. Right after she said that, he continued to tell them to pull up even though theydidn’t get to look at the menu. He then yelled at my mother to drive up while being extremely rude. He was trying to fightwith no provocation. They left without getting anything and told them to forget it. Read more

Ordered 2 milk shakes and one sonic blast, the milk shakes tasted like sour milk and were warm and the ice cream was melty. The... sonic blast was soupy, I asked if the ice cream machine was working the young lady said no it's not. So I gave back the orderasked for my money back, which she was very nice and gave me back my money. I don't come here often and the last time the icecream machine wasn't working, I doubt if I will ever come back. How many people before or after me were dissatisfied with theirorder remains unknown. Makes me wonder where is the break down, management, ownership? You can't always blame the service theymaybe working with what is set before them. Read more

I have been there twice within the past month. Never again. Essentially the same experience both times. Don't bother parking at... one of the drive-up menus. They will NEVER answer your red button. They only ever run the drive thru in spite of having no signsanywhere to inform their customers who waste their time waiting for a response. So eventually you figure out that only the drivethru is running. Very slowly. And then you get some food, not precisely what you ordered. And prepared poorly and cold. And whenyou are finally able to speak to someone about their mix up on your order they act as if it is your fault that they gave you thewrong food. Do not go to this location ever. You know it is so disappointing to see the lack of speed in a fast food. I know the drill. I’ve work in it. This place treats... customers like yeah I’ll get to you when I get to you. They were not busy. How long does it take to get a slushy? 7minutes Businesses are dying because of lack of good managers and workers. Horrible experience!! I parked at the car port with my kids and ordered 60$ worth of food. Realized I left out two of my order... so I ordered the last 2 orders with someone else. Me and my kids waited almost a hour and when I realized it was getting late Ipressed the button to see how much longer my food was going to take. The lady proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have myorder at all and that they where no longer taking orders thru the car ports that I had to go thru drive thru. When I told herthat I had been out there for a hour she just completely stop talking to me so i went to the drive thru and re order, I wasgoing to go somewhere else but it was almost midnight and nothing else was open and my kids where hungry. When I did the guytold me there ice cream machine was defrosting and I couldn’t get the original shakes that I had ordered a hour ago anymore.When I got to the window the so called manager, I didn’t catch her name she said she was in training said that she apologizedand someone was I. Training and that’s probably who took my order and forgot to put it in. I asked for corporate number shetold me to google it. Then she said let me see what I can do for you and just handed me my phone and said have a nice night.Most horrible experience of my life. Extremely slow but good food. Would have been 5 stars if they hadn't taken the "fast" out of "fast food". Spent 30 minutes in... line until I pulled out with food, only 6 cars total when pulled in line and one car pulled out from in front of me 2 morepulled out of line from behind me I saw. Asked for one of my burgers plain but they gave me both plain, otherwise everything wasgreat, well cooked, cheese peppers had no spice though. Read more

Great service. Great drinks for happy hour. This location can be a bit slow to get orders to your car but they are always nice... and the food is good. The drinks are the main reason to go to sonic! Viva la cherry limeade! Read more
