The experience I had at this location last week was so negative. The manager, Bobby, was so rude and so nasty to me that... customers actually walked out of the store. I placed an order for a three piece spicy. when I opened it, I realized that it wasmild. I returned to the store to exchange it for the spicy.The general manager was confrontational and told me that he gave mewhat I asked for. I tried to explain that it was the mild and that I ordered spicy. He continue to talk at me in front ofcustomers. He begin filling my order and then stopped. He told me he was going to make me wait because he gave me what I askedfor the first time. At this point, I am asking him to please fill my order so that I can get back to work. He goes on to theregister to take other orders. The customer he was attempting to assist said please correct order. His response? I have handledher already, she is going to wait?. The customer was so disturbed at what was happening she walked out after I did. The managerwent on to say ?now you are begging. I gave you what you wanted the first time. This is why I can?t stand you black women.You?ll get on my nerves. You need to go home and cook your own food and leave me alone. I just want to give you your moneyback.? This is the short version. I always choose this location over others based on their speediness, and usually the chicken is good but this time the chicken... was terrible. I ordered a two can dine through the drive through and the chicken isn?t golden like it usually is, most of thepieces have soft spots on them like they weren?t fried long enough but looks dark as if the oil they were fried in is dirty andneeds to be changed. The taste is not quite there either. I also came on Juneteenth some months ago and bought a family meal andI was missing about 4 pieces of chicken.
