This did not deserve even 1 star I rarely go to Popeyes however, a request was made of me to do so and I won?t be returning to... this one. I immediately noticed that there appeared to be no one ?in charge? and if there was someone in charge they wereincompetent. I sat in line along with six other cars ( because this particular Popeyes is drive-through only, I realize thisafter I tried to open the door and avoid the very slow line of cars) I sat in my car for at least 30 minutes and when I finallydid get to order I was put on hold and sat there for another maybe 5 minutes before anyone could take my order. when Iapproached the window to pick up my food and to pay, there was a young man that was swearing using all manner of profanity abouthow he didn?t like having to come to this place and work, he repeated that statement several times before one of the three youngmen that were visible to me motioned to the foul mouth young man that I was sitting there at the window and I could hear everyword that he was saying. When I drove away, I tried to call to speak to a manager, no one would answer the phone after repeatedtries. When I got home I tried again someone then picked up the phone briefly and hung it up, I called again they did the samething picked it up and hung up and then it went back to no one answering at all. My biggest concern is with this quality ofemployee and in this case, they were three young men again, no clue as to whether there was a manager present, The actualservice and engagement with the public is the least of my concerns my greater concern is that there was no one minding the storeobviously. This all occurred between 6:00 and 7:00 PM on November 1 2022 and someone needs to check out how this place is beingmanaged. I am now questioning the food that I received whether it was prepared appropriately hygienically etc. This was trulythe worst experience I?ve ever had at any drive-through/fast food place!! Rode with my friend to get food. He wanted a spicy chicken breast and biscuit. He comes several times a week. I haven't been... here in years. My friend always says his chicken is fresh and hot. Order a 10 piece meal and a side of Cajun rice. The manager was rude. I asked to get a LG Cajun rice instead of the regular due... to it being a 1.00 more than the regular. She stated I couldn't change nothing at the window. Poor customer service for themanager . Then I asked to speak to her and she refused. Just lost a customer. Read more
Redan Rd. location,The Customer Service was like a bad comedy show.Both managers stood up front discussing very personal issues.... Aweful, chicken set under the light and dried out and fries cold. Cashier playing around in the drive thru very unprofessional... and smart remarks even me been cordial to him. Food was by far the worse I have had at Popeyes. They knew when serving the foodit wasn't of good quality and I spent 40 bucks never will I spend money at this location again. Read more

I JUST CAN'T WITH POPEYES!! I'm officially done with this chain...no matter where I go, this place is horrible!!! I placed a... mobile order for pick-up in the drive-thru. I had to wait for 15 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told that I had to goinside to pick-up my mobile order! I get inside, and the place is crowded! No Social distancing protocols being observed!!! WhenI got up to the cashier, she could not find my mobile order. The drive-thru manager is very rude. Ordered my food, realized my order would've been cheaper through the Popeye's App, I get to... the window, and manager refused to honor the coupon code. Wanted me to go back through the drive-thru and reorder. Claiming,there were other cars behind me. Being a manager, she could've accepted the coupon and made the order a combo.
