Dear Owners, I have been here quite a few times and the service is great. Every one is very polite. That's the only reason why... this review is not a 1. I just purchased some food and I have never been so disappointed. I ordered cornmeal battered shrimp.The seasoning was great, but it was overcooked and too firm. That is not too bad and I can overlook that. However, I alsoordered a pound of XL crab that was far less than satisfactory. I was expecting to pay the regular price, $24.99 per lb, becausewhen you want something good you don't mind paying for it. However, there was a sign that said they were on sale for $19.99 perlb. "Great, even better ", I thought. Big mistake. The crab legs were horrible. The first claw on the top was fine. But the nextone I tried was dry and crumbly. I have never had that before. Thought it was a random bad one, so I tried another piece fromanother claw. It was dry, crumbly, and had a slightly rancid smell. I didn't eat the remaining claws. I tried to give them acall to let them know my dissatisfaction, but it was closed by that time. I am not too quick to say I will never come back, butthey will have to know that it is not okay to put out poor product. My guess it was knowingly, hence the random "sale" price. Idon't mind paying regular price for good quality product, so I don't appreciate the lack of care to put out quality producttoday. The man at the front was nice and my food was ready in a timely manner. You get a nice sized bag for a reasonable price, not to... mention it?s well seasoned (make sure to shake up the bag to mix the seasoning or else you?ll just taste butter). Only issue iswish it was spicier as I ordered hot. I was skeptical about this black dot on one of the legs as the establishment had a strongfishy odor upon entering, however every thing was fresh. Food was really good. I got the shrimp boil and a side of shrimp fried rice. Was seasoned good and tasted fresh. The shrimp... weren?t medium more small but they give you a lot so it makes up for it. Overall really reasonable food. The cashier has aaccent I couldnt understand well but she was very polite. It?s hot in there too. If it wasn?t for the heat I would of gave thema 5.
