I just visited this location to pick up food on my way home from work. I normally don?t leave reviews, but I noticed my burger... tasted funny while eating it. I looked at the burger realized it wasn?t done. I was disappointed with the quality of their food.There is no reason why customers should receive food that?s not done. I ordered my food at 12:01 p.m. I received my food at 12:15 p.m. I love the fact that I got hot fries however the fries were... fried hard and an old grease. So let's talk about the service I asked for an adult happy meal with a cheeseburger. I simplywanted to substitute the Big Mac for the cheeseburger that was it. They couldn't do it. I ended up getting the child's kidsHappy meal with an extra fry which is basically a rip off because it's a small fry. Extremely small fry. So I ordered water paidan additional $0.39 they got brings me out a cup of water with ice what who does that. I showed him my receipt that is a bottledwater. This was the most unorganized establishment I had ever gone to. I know McDonald's has a certain way that they do thingssomebody missed the training. I'm honestly wondering who the manager is or if there is even one. This store is disgusting!! The bathrooms were nasty there was... bottles, cigarette buds, and paper everywhere on the floor. The floors in the lobby were sticky and slippery with no warningsigns put on. The crew had a full drive thru and people waiting in the lobby, a door dash guy left his order after waiting over30 mins for it and it turned out it was not ready. I waited over 20 minutes for a medium fries and a large coke and they didn'teven have large cups. Meanwhile there was 4 people in the kitchen on their phones and meals were being prepared without gloves.As an ex McDonald's employee I know this is unacceptable and this store needs to be shutdown! Came through drive thru at 11:29pm. Ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and 4 small fries. These items are on the menu under daily... deals at 2/$3.29 mix and match. I was charged full price for the items and the manager claims it was a promotion that expired at11:00pm. This is SO NOT TRUE, said he wasn?t responsible for promos and prices and refused to correct at advertised price. Iwent ahead and paid full price as my kids were hungry. NO HELP NO CUSTOMER SEVICE WHATSOEVER.. literally the Worst mcdonald's I've ever been too. Placed a mobile order and they... constantly made it wrong. This McDonald's is the most ghetto I've ever been to, some mornings the inside is open some it's not. They'll ignore customers... standing in line and have conversations with each other while the line builds up, some not all of the cashiers have a reallyugly attitude.
