I went to your location at redan rd I purchased two hashbrowns and a apple fruiter, when I got home prepare to eat it, I split... it in half it had mole in the middle and stale as hell, now if this was given to a child for breakfast and didn't check it theywould have gotten sick are even died, I am not at all happy about this restaurant 6951 Ticket #1350 they weren't even busy, as amatter of fact the srrvice at location #6951 has very poor management and I'm gonna take this matter to Mcdonald's corp shame ony'all. Terrible experience .came in to get breakfast and went to the machine to order. Could not find what I was looking for. So I... asked the young lady with the ugly sour face if the item was still available. She answered with a yes and a roll of the eyescustom gesture in black women when they are feeling inconvenience. She immediately dismissed me and kept talking to a co workerabout why he let someone leave. I stood there for 30 sec and was ignored by both of them. Well I see why whomever left becauseof the management poor customer service. If you do that to a customer ..I'm sure your staff gets worst. Owners you are going tohave to do bett with your staffing or this store is going to suffer. And I'm sure money is your only motivation because I seecustomer service is not. I don't believe the customer is always right but customer service should always be top notch It's whatmakes you better. This store does not deserve a rating for today's visit. I wish I could literally leave zero stars. This has been the worst McDonald?s I HAVE EVER came to. Every time there is an issue,... I only go to this location when I?m close to home . Today my order was missing two items and when I went back in the line to getthem replaced ALL of the employees were outside arguing. Not even that when I told the employee I was missing my items shecaught an attitude and refused to look at the receipt. I wish there were better staff. Or do I just need to call corporate? Read more
Great place to get McDonald's from. Staff always asked for the reward codes and patiently wait for you if you said to hod on... while trying to obtain the code. Would highly recommended. I always spent at least $60 - $80 here to buy breakfast. Big family Read more
