Went to drive thru and realized my order wasn?t accurate and the food wasn?t HOT, (breakfast) we called the restaurant and a... manager by the name of Willie addressed the complaint and advised we come back, smh DID?NT HAVE THE TIME NOR GAS to waste on areturn trip. However, the following morning went back spoke to Willie and he graciously apologized and redid the order toperfection AND THEN SOME!!! His willingness to correct the issues in a polite and dignified manner went far beyond thecourtesies he extended us in having to make a return trip! Absolutely worthless. Had a DoorDash pickup and went inside, but was told by several employees standing around doing nothing... that the inside was closed and to go through the drivethru. Both lanes were backed up to a standstill. Each lane was beingserviced one at a time but not in alternating order. It took over half an hour to get within two cars of the drivethru window,more than ten minutes longer than DoorDash estimated it would take to be delivered to the customer, when the customerunderstandably canceled their order. Every useless excuse for a human being that "works" at this place should be fired andreplaced, or it should be closed down. Capitalism has failed us, and this place proves it. Read more

Horrible service, sat in drive thru two for 45 minutes. Four cars had orders taken at drive thru one, while sitting and waiting.... When I decide to pull up to the window, first window has a sign saying ?pull to the next window?. Wait another 6 minutes behinda Lyft that was getting orders. I when then told to go back to the drive thru to make my order. I will NEVER order from thisMcDonalds. Inside was close before 8:45, workers standing around conversating. Read more

Getting there right at lunch time I feel my Big Mac should have been hot but it wasn't. Fries were good though and fountain... drinks was flat. All of them.. The atmosphere was horrible. Employees children running around and demanding and yelling thingsinto the kitchen. The mom or aunt(whatever she was to them) tending to them instead of working..Some guy came in from off thestreets employees seem to know himwalking half way into the kitchen.. it just wasn't a pleasant visit.. Twenty minutes in the drive thru so far, and I'm only halfway through. What is taking so long? They're pretty slow inside,... too. The employees always look busy and flustered, so I have no idea why it takes them so long. Read more

No costumer service like is it in training to greet people when they come in don?t have people standing around waiting for they... food or tea. The most important thing is the costumer service someone need to come and train or fire the whole dam staff asap. Read more

Waited 10 min at the order window after they asked me to hold on for a sec. Staff very unprofessional acted like they had a... attitude when I went to the window to order. I was very nice after waiting and explained that it was ok to smile and great thecustomer and not assume I was going to have a attitude because of the wait. I explained to the cashier that a lot of usunderstand the fast food establishments are understaffed right now. Read more

Unprofessional,rude, and slow. They frozen machines never works (frappe or ice cream) always have an attitude. Liars, just lazy... and don't won't to work the machine. I hate this McDonald's so much, wish I can give it 0 stars. I think they be slow onpurpose. Why are YOU working there, if you don't want to work? There's other places that's hiring. Read more
