Wish I could give zero stars. We just moved to GA and live by this McDonald?s. We have been here multiple times and our... experience is always bad. My husband just went to get breakfast 45 min before breakfast time was over. He waited at the speakerand no one would take his order. He pulled up to the window and a guy came asking what did he order. He told the guy no one tookhis order and the guy proceeded to slam the window in his face ??????????? Maybe about 7x I've gone to this location in the 3 yrs that I've been working at my job. 6/7x my experience has been terrible. A... couple of times I've had to return my order to get a refund. The wait time through the drive-thru is ridiculous, all the workersincluding the managers work like they are in the dark. No one seems to be trained. There is no delegation what so ever. Yourfood comes out terrible. I normally don't eat at McDonald's unless I just get a craving for something. Corporate really needs tocome out to this location and train the staff. I haven't eaten here in years, but today I ordered from Door Dash. EVERYTHING was perfect! The food was hot and the packaging... was neat and the taste was awesome! This made my day because I was getting hangry!! Read more
This location was remodel, very nice and neat, looks great! Service was good and food recently cooked. We love the french fries... ????from here, always fresh from the frier pan! Now on 08/03/2022 is not dining in just drive through or online... Order onlinewas easy, the kid who brought our order to the pickup spot very nice and respectful. Read more
This is my second time after having a god awful experience the FIRST time last year.. and I really don't know why I even came... back.. nothing has even changed. This is a year later.. with the slowest lunch rush I have ever seen for a McDonald's I'm sentto go park and wait for over twenty minutes for two doubles cheeseburgers, a happy meal and a large fry.. that's not a largeorder. But yet I see plenty of others pulling out with their orders. This was the same issue last year. And I got yelled at lasttime for inquiring about it last time. Horrible service here! We ordered dinner last night in the app and checked in when we arrived. We had to wait over 15 minutes... for our food to get to us. At one point we had to get out of the car to go to the doors which were locked I?m guessing due toshort staff (which I understand, everyone is short staffed right now). Then had to stand in the drive through like to talk tosomeone at the drive through window to see what was going on. Finally we just got into the drive through line to get our food.They brought our food to us while we were in the line, but they started to laugh when they walked away. No apologies. Poor service waited in line for 30 plus minutes didn't get our food.Then had to wait another 10 minutes to get a refund. The... manager tried to argue with us about how long we waited. This is unacceptable. The manager on duty also had a very bad attitude.If you have an attitude like that female manager maybe then you shouldn't work in customer service. I will not ever come back tothis store.this manager needs to be fired. I've worked in fast food for years as a manager and a gm never in my life have I seensuch a bad manager. Please let her go.
