Had good experiences in the past, but upon ordering today our order got cancelled twice for no explicable reason. Husband called... only for them to say they had cancelled the order because they had been out of the half chicken...I guess rather than call andask (as they have done in the past when out of something) or otherwise update their menu to indicate when they're out ofsomething they think it's okay to just cancel it altogether...bizarre and kind of rude.
