So after placing my order via drive thru I had to go inside to find out why it was taking so long to get my food. All this after... I had already paid and was told to pull off to the side and they would bring out the food. Five minutes turned to ten and thenfifteen and soon it became apparent that I wasn't getting my food. Sooooo upon entering the establishment, I notice chaos amongthe employees with the manager shouting and threatening to leave. The lady at the counter tried to calm things down and telleveryone they'll get their food soon. Several customers from the drive thru were already waiting as were counter customers.After another 5 minute wait I finally got my meal. I won't be back. This KFC needs to get together, a restructuring isdefinitely needed. Read more
The food is usually pretty good but on my last vist I had to leave before I could place an order after wait almost waiting 10... minutes. I believe they need additional help. Read more
This place is as weird as it looks and sounds. KFC/Long John Silver? What the heck is going on? Is someone trying to prank us?... To me frying chicken and fish in the same oil is not a good thing. You know I put alot of time and energy with the millennialsand Gen-Z generations and I can say that more than none are very intelligent and motivated but I'm sorry to say these guys didnot know what they were doing, no customer service skills, no communication skills and definitely no motivation what so ever.Supervisor out in the dining area with her friend telling myself and my wife "let me know when yall ready." Then when we toldher we were ready her friend got upset and stormed out the door. The young lady (Supervisor) was more concerned about her friendthan our order, and announced "their she go trippen." She finally took our order and we waited and waited. Then one of theemployees from the back of the kitchen came up to the counter and asked " what yall order was?" "Did tall order chicken?" Wetold her no it was fish. So after about 28 minutes we finally got our order and went to the car. The fish and fries were hot butthe fish was over cooked and dark, greasy, and very salty. Read more
Super long wait in drive thru line just to be told to go wait some more on the other side of the building and to get the wrong... food. The order was corrected, but I had been waiting an extremely long time. Also, the fish, chicken, and shrimp was verygreasy. This was my first time ever trying a Long John Silver. So, I'm not sure of that's the norm regarding the food. Read more
I've been a few times to this location cause it's convenient to where I live but they are ALWAYS out of half the menu no matter... what day or time I've been. If you go always have a backup dining option because they'll likely not have what you want. Read more
There was someone at the drive through asking for people to buy food for his children. Not that I believe that. He had a dog... that looked pretty healthy with him. He pulled his shirt up showing old stab wounds. Scaring the children we had with us. Wewill not go back to this location. The food was good though. Employees were friendly. Read more
This was just OK. I have a special place in my heart for honey barbecue wings and when I tell you... they let me down. I am not... joking I got the 12 piece honey barbecue wing and it tastes like they watered down the barbecue sauce.. ew. The fact that youcan get chicken and fish in one place is pretty cool. This is fast food and if that's what you're looking for go ahead and tryit. Read more
It's the only location in the area. The lobby area is always dirty, floor greasy and sticky. The customer service is HORRIBLE.... The manager is horrible. There is one employee, middle aged with glasses that seems to want to do a good job but because of theenvironment seems defeated. They forgot my shrimp on this trip. Food is decent though, surprisingly. Read more
