Well I was told there would be a nine minute wait on grilled chicken. So I ordered it and pulled around to a parking place.... After 20 minutes I went inside only to be told my chicken was ready but it would be another 10 minutes on biscuits. The GOAT of KFCs period. Mic drop. I go to this KFC weekly to monthly (based on travel schedule) and have for 15 years. I live... 1 mile away. This is by far and above the best KFC location I have ever been to. The food is consistently fresh and fast. Idine in mostly, but I do drive-thru and carry-out as well. Once again ordered through drive thru, not a complicated order. Had to wait 20+ minutes while they cooked chicken to fulfill... part of the order. Freshness is great but waiting for a fast food restaurant to cook their specialty is assinine. I wish we hadanother convenient location. Read more
Customers save your time and money!Omg the worst experiences at this KFC, corporate should conduct a secret shopper visit. You... are only limited to 2 options after 6:30, the wait times are excessive. No exaggeration 30-40 minutes. It?s unfair to the Amazonemployees who have 30 minute breaks.
