Service was pretty good, the waiters were great. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and it was good. The pancakes... were nice and fluffy, and they made the scrambled eggs and hash browns well. There were 17 of us eating after church. The food took a while to come understandably so. The food seemed to be ok too once... they figured out who got what. I can only say the food seemed good because I never actually got to eat mine. When our serverbrought my food, she knocked over my drink all over my white dress! I had to go buy a dress from the plaza as I was soaked. shedidn't even bother to say sorry. By the time I got back, everyone was just about finished eating. My waffles were so whitelooking too. what was worse is that she charged me for the drink that she spilled on me. she didn't even refill it. Thiswaitress could not even get our bills right at all. Took a bit long to be seated to start and was willing to look it over, but when it came to seating most of the seat were covered... in water dripping from the fans. The biggest problem occurred when we were finally seated and took forever to be served. Weliterally watched a bigger party come in about 10 min after us and we?re served before we were. If I didn?t get the attention ofsome servers telling them we were still waiting to be served we probably would?ve still been sitting there. It didn?t help thefact that I made eye contact with a couple servers in my area but they continued on like they didn?t see anything. The savinggrace of the experience was the server we did eventually get who had a great personality and even though she messed up one ofthe items on my order it was still an improvement the experience we were having. It?s been about 35 minutes since I was forced to place a to go order (dining room closes at 9pm ????) for an omelette and... pancake combo. Closed dining room at a 24hr spot, extended wait time AND terrible service! Total disappointment. Read more
It was crowded. We had about a 15 minute wait on a Saturday at about 11:30. The staff here is very friendly! You can find dishes... at about $7-15 a plate. Cleanliness was a 3-4 out of 5. Like all IHOPs, the food can fast and was very good! Read more
This is by far the most GHETTO IHOP I?ve ever experienced. Instead of servers or hostess coming to greet you they are screaming... ?I?ll be right with you? from across an empty restaurant. The majority of the staff was in front of the restaurant sitting onbenches listening to music and talking extremely loud!! I placed a to-go order for $18.39 and I truly believe it was a kidsmeal (portion) beyond that the presentation of my food in whole was sloppy and ?thrown? together.
