I?ve never visited a chick fil a & my food is horrible. I tried this place a few days ago and thought to myself maybe it?s been... a busy morning. My mom, my cousin, and I stopped by for dinner. I thought I would have to go to dialysis that night. I'm in recovery from... getting my kidney transplant on August 18, 2022. During our trip I got a call and I didn't have to go to dialysis. We orderedour dinner and was able to use my app points and get points for the other food items we ordered. We enjoyed our dinner and gotto take a breath. The service and employees were so friendly and made sure we got everything we needed. I also was able to comeinside and use the restroom because my kidney was putting in over time. They were friendly and didn't have an issue. Thank youfor all you help and treating us like family. I visit this location religiously. It's convenient and the staff is always amazing. However today I visited and ordered the new... spicy grilled sandwich. I took my first bite and it was not spicy at all!!! I went to inquire the manager insisted that thesandwich I had was spicy. I went to speak to another staff member ZamZam and she was absolutely amazing. There has been someconfusion and mix up with the original grilled and the new spicy grilled sandwich. This was near my school so I have no other option. I placed my order online because I don?t want to get it wrong. My order is... also simple which only contain 2-3 items so I don?t know how they managed to mess it up. They sold me a regular lemonade shakeinstead of a diet one. They did not give me any sauce for my salad despite me choosing the honey mustard one. Also did notprovide any utensil for the salad. I can?t come back because lunch time is limited so I had to use my hand to eat it. They didnot forget the sauce once, but twice? Having problems 3 days in a roll like this is not a good experience at all. The handlingorder staffs also not as nice as they used to be. The order-takers are nice as usual though ... As usual the service is usually pretty good. They train their young teenage staff very well and I can always expect them to be... on point and responsible. I just received the worst service since coming to this location. You guys definitely are not living up to the standard. I was... waited on by a young lady who told me my rewards for my dry was not working after she scanned it 3 times. Then once I pulled upto the church indie to pay for my food the young man was fair skinned with locks in his hair didn?t see a name badge. Asked himif it paid for my fries on my rewards, no response from him. Told him I had a gift card with $9 on it and whatever else neededto charge my debit card. The other darker skinned young guy was rude as well. He gave me my food didn?t say think you have anice day and then turned his back on me. Didn?t give me back my gift card either. What if I wanted to add money to it. This hasbeen the worst experience I have had with Chik fil A ever. I will definitely let my family know not to stop at this location.
