First off the drive thru is a hassle within itself? the lines are allo over the place with cars trying to squeeze to go inside... and to leave the parking lot.. secondly the wait time is tremendously loooooooooong? and thirdly omg the quality of the food ?if I?m paying as much as I am please give me full portions ? it?s beginning to seem like this is the new thing with Chick-fil-Aas I have experienced this with several of the other locations. I wish everyone would adopt your customer service. Whatever and however you guys maintain your employees, keep that because you... guys are unmatched. We also appreciate that you do not charge us extra for our condiments. It keeps us coming back withoutfeeling like we are being taken advantage of. I, in a rush, ordered to the wrong location; they actually told me I had to call the other one then get refunded and reorder... there or I could just purchase it and get refunded. I ordered off my points!! Thank you but no thank you!!! Worst Chick-fil-Aservice ever and I was talking to the manager on shift. Usually great service but of I ordered a bunch of good for carryout...got all the way home and was missing an entire meal (only... had the drink)...tried to call twice but phone just rings...with 15 people working why can't anyone pick up the phone. Of courseanother person coming in while I was ordering to complain that their order was wrong should've been my clue that these highschools kids working weren't paying attention to people's food. I wish I could put minus 1 I have just experienced the worst customer service ever from the manager and staff at this location... 9/1/22 @ approx. 1.30pm. I will not get into the details but all I can say is the lack of care, leadership and service was sobad that I had to come and write a review which I have only ever done once in my life. My suggestion is that the manager goesthrough extensive leadership training, and could cover up her vulgar tattoos. The staff needs to go through extensive customerservice training. The folks working at most Chick-Fil-A's are very pleasant and this location is no exception. Service was expedient and by the... time I pulled up to the pickup slot, the man was bring out my order....with a smile! Nice, clean location as well. Read more

I have been at chick-fil-a on the regular and have never been treated with such disregard as I was today at 2:12 pm here at the... chick fil-a at 78. I?m am highly disappointed. After back to school shopping with my my 3 children I planned a fun lunch here.What I encountered was not a pleasure. I stood at the counter with my three children I waited to be greeted by an employee totake my order. Minutes passed and employees bustled by, but no one said ?we will be with you in a moment.? One employee evencame to the register didn?t acknowledge me and clocked in. Sydney finally arrived and she was still being asked questions byfellow outside employees coming in. When she finally was ready to take my order I spoke clearly and slowly and had to repeatmyself more than once. I was rudely inturrupted by another employee after the second item I was ordering and her attention wastaken away again. I am shocked at the disrespect of the front end employees to me as a customer. After finally completing myorder I was told my sauces would arrive on my tray and they did not. When my food was delivered there weren?t any sauces and theemployee delivering asked me again what the sauces were. I directed him to the employee that took the order and he still cameback because she didn?t remember. Upon sitting down to eat my now cold food I decided to review my receipt and found the orderwas rung up wrong. I asked at this point to talk to a manager. The manager on duty Sydney Frazier was very calm and listened tothe situation as I tried to clearly explain what happened. She empathized saying she understood how frustrating it must havebeen and was sorry I felt that way. She asked what she could do to make the situation right and I asked she correct the mistakeon the receipt. She offered to refund the order and get the missing kids toy.
