Zero stars. 30 minute wait for 8 chicken nuggets. Their card reader was broken. One of the employees was cussing and yelling at... his friends in the lobby. They were out of burgers. They seriously asked if we wanted our change back or if they could keep it,and then gave us incorrect change. There was a meat slicer on the lobby counter and there was almost nothing stocked includingstraws and lids. Read more
Every time I've been here (I've lived here like.. 18 yrs) something is messed up, not available, or the wait is like 30 min.... Usually all 3. So just pass it up, find a different location, it's worth the extra drive. Idk why, the people working seem to benice but I guess it's hard to know whats going on in there. Management maybe? Absolutely miserable. Placed an order for dine-in. No ice in machine. Like no choices on the soda machine. After an extremely... long wait, gave up completely on getting what I paid for. Only way it could get any worse, is if they actively threw rocks atthe customers. On a good note, my girlfriend agreed that I never have to step foot in that place. McDonald's and Burger Kingcan no longer perform their basic business model. Cook at home and boycott them. They dont deserve your money. Read more
Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and never budged with 4 other cars! Don?t even bother stopping keep it moving to the... next one! Or even better Chick fil A never disappoints. Read more
There are shady practices here. I ordered three combos. I saw them on the screen. When I got to the window, they gave me three... drinks, but only two meals. Then, tried to tell me that?s not what I ordered. I had to pay another $9 for a whopper and a fry,and he can?t give me my receipts because ?they don?t have receipts?. Smh. Somebody needs to get back with me on that. Firstorder $19.90. Second order was $8.??. And, my girls said the whooper meat was soggy like it had been soaked in water. Attempted drive thru at 6 pm on a Friday and no one even had the courtesy to answer after waiting there for about five minutes.... I pulled around and parked, and the worker apparently locked the restaurant and waived at her neck to indicate they're closed.It's like they are working overetime to FAIL. Drove up to the drive through. Sat for about 5 mins, no one answered the board. There were about 4-5 workers standing outside... the back door smoking weed. There were two other cars behind me. I drove around the store looked to be closed. No one inside.Doors were locked. Completely disgusting. Came to McDonald?s across the street. Dining room was locked, customers had just come out, I guess they were mopping. It was noon, a busy time. Many people walked to... the door and were dissapointed. An employee was just on the other side of the door and ignored my presence entirely. No wave,no"we are temporarily closed for cleaning", nothing. The employee wouldn't even look at me.
