Great customer service, they were friendly and helpful. My ice cream was delicious and I will be back again.
I ordered on the website but it wouldn?t allow me to use my prepaid card so I was going to tip once I got my ice cream and when... I went to the window it was a guy and a female. The guy had on gloves and the female did not and her mask was below her mouthand she was talking and making my brownie sundae with no gloves on in the establishment. I watched her the whole time, I decidednot to tip because that was disgusting. What is going on with these employees at these establishments?? The customer service is great! I appreciate that. However, this one runs out of favors often at least in the last week I have... been. Also, for some reason the ice cream doesn't seem to be as cold compared to other Busters. The new flavors are verytasty! Editing my review after going for the last two weeks the ice cream is much colder. They have definitely improved!!! Read more
I had a great time eating some delicious ice cream at your location today. With these hot summer days in Atlanta, the kids can... appreciate a little mid-day treat and I certainly can appreciate the smell of a freshly made waffle cone topped with two scoopsof butter pecan creamy ice cream. The service was excellent, even though the line was long due to the heat and everyone wantingsomething cold and sweet to eat, it moved quickly. The service has definitely improved at this location. The group of young ladies working there now are awesome! They were out of... chocolate turtle and I asked if they were going to continue getting it. The manager came and explained that they were out of theingredients to make it, but they should have it again next week. He was very nice and I was surprised that he even came andexplained. Though there is a homeless site not too far away I always seen to thoroughly enjoy my time here when I come with my daughter on... ice cream dates. This time I enjoyed white turtle on a waffle cone with two scoops and my daughter hat birthday cake on a wafflecone with two scoops. Keep up the great service! Read more
The smallest scoops of ice ream I ever seen. I order a regular Oreo blast and I swear it 3/4 full. I want my tip back. Smh
