I have not been here in years and was in the area. I was happy to go and saw they had new menu items. The young girl preparing... my food was terrible. She did not greet me and just looked at me until I said, "How are you" with no response. I asked her for amenu item and at the time believed her when she said she could not do it. Later, I found out she lied. She did not prepare myfood correctly and bagged it terrible where my cornbread almost fell out. She also gave me small portions of sides and scrapedthe pan for it. The cashier was very nice and took over part of the preparation. I was very disappointed with my service. It wasnot near closing time and the food did not look fresh. My brother went to pick up about $150 dollars worth of food for the family on Thanksgiving. The corn tasted off and we found out... it was rotten. So he took it back only to find out one of the ladies told him it must have been because they had mixed the oldcorn with the new ones today. Like what the heck?? How are you purposely selling people food that's gone bad??? If we had eatenand gotten sick then what?? Then he overheard the ladies talking to each other saying give him whatever so they can get it overwith. Our only regret is that he only chewed them out after hearing that and not return the whole dang thing. We got it replacedwith mac and cheese instead. We ordered $150 of Thanksgiving food to give out. The corn was rotten. We went back to address this and was willing to find a... solution, but the way they handled the situation was disappointing. The lady said ?They?re here about the corn, the one we mixedin with the old corn..? The worker also mentioned that this was not the first complaint they received today about that corn.Really? Why would you knowingly give out rotten corn to people, on Thanksgiving no less? No apologies, instead the manager tookthe worker to the back to chastise her for being honest. Someone else said ?Just give them new corn and call it a day?. We wouldhave been happy with a brief apology and swapping it out with something else. But this situation was just handled poorly. I have been going to this establishment about fifteen years. But I stopped going about a year and a half, no particular reason,... just started to cook more at home. I arrived at 8pm all the sides were just about gone so my selection was few, however they don't close until 10pm.... I asked... were they making anymore sides the Hispanic lady rudely said No. She then proceeded to prepare my order with No gloves and wascoughing. Needless to say I fed the food to my dogs. Not so bad, we ordered kids meals, but they have been out of lids for fountain drinks for months now, which is absolutely... ridiculous... who is doing the inventory?? And paying an extra 1.00 for gravy is absurd. Otherwise, good rotisserie chicken. Read more

I've been eating at Boston Markets since I was a kid. Of course I read the reviews but decided I was going to try this Boston... Market in Stone Mountain, GA. I'm not sure why people are so tough on these reviews. Boston Market in general are losingbusiness, and closing their doors due to "poor quality reviews". However, this place wasn't busy.
