So I literally haven't been to this location in years but this past Sunday they were not ready for ppl to come eat... there...Knowing how food service works was my only saving grace since others were still waiting on the one official server toget them drinks 30+I minutes after being seated (before us) as we were receiving our plates of food from the bartender thatacted as our server. Me and my husband order takeout from here at least every other week sometimes more because it's open late n close by where we... stay and service is good, nice n friendly but the quality of the food I feel could be much better! Absolutely the very worst Applebee's I've ever been in!!! Only 6 tables (appropriatlly 18 people) were sitting down eating. ... After waiting 5 minutes someone finally came to the door. There were numerous waiters and more than one person behind the bar.She's was like ummm it's going to be awhile. I asked how long and she was like at least 20 minutes and pranced back off. Likeseriously was it a race issue because we were the only ones our race in the whole restaurant. A guy walked in after us wasseated to the bar and they immediately took his order. Not a great experience from beginning to end. We walked in and waited several minutes to even be sat, even though the restaurant... was mostly empty. Once we finally got a table, it took a few more minutes for our server to come over, and when she did, shegreeted us with "are you ready to order?" The service didn't get better or worse from there - it remained mediocre, which isexactly how I would describe the food, as well. The server brought each of our (4) meals out separately, so it took a good 5minutes from when the first dish was brought out until the last one arrived. Our "silverware" was to-go plasticware, even thoughwe were dining in. All in all, my entire party regretted going to this restaurant and it reminded all of us why we no longervisit any Applebee's: the standards of service and food are subpar at best. Read more

The food was as expected but you cannot trust the staff, gave my waiter my debit card to which he was able to swipe for my meal... but could not find or properly address me in regards to him losing my debit card for 25 minutes? which naturally sent me lookingfor him. I ordered from Dash and was missing my fries , so I decided to go pick it up myself. when I got there no one was at... establishment welcoming costumers , I waited like for 10 min and they were not even busy, they had only three tables withcustomers . One of the waitress saw me she called a girl in the back, who was on the phone talking with a friends orsomebody, she came and when I explain to her why I was there, she didn't even apologize just to find out they had to fry freshfries for me. she didn't even bother to ask for the receipt to see what was missing she told me it would take less than fiveminutes but I waited for 10min more, and here she comes missing one order again. when I told her my order was missing she gotattitude and didn't even care. I came in to Applebee's to get some take out as I was tired from a long day and just wanted to pick up dinner and head to my... hotel to relax sit and eat and continue relaxing. The young lady that brought me my menu was friendly like she had know me foryears she made some suggestions then I ordered my meal Ribs and broccoli and my just incase meal shrimps and chicken with mashpotatoes, now I figured this might take some time so why just sit and wait I figured I would get the Double chocolate cakewith a scoop of ice cream.
