We have been to this Subway three times recently, only ate there twice. The staff were openly complaining about the ownership... and the state or the restaurant in front of customers both occasions we got food. On both occasions we are there they were outof various products and could not fulfill some orders. Tonight we went there because we recently received coupons in the mailand we?re looking for an affordable dinner. As soon as we arrive we are greeted by a sign on the door saying they are notaccepting coupons at this time. That was it for me. We left without even going inside. Just had a footlong sub from our local Stokesdale store. Was very disappointed with the amt. of filling in it. Almost no... lettuce and the meat was less than usual. I should have taken a picture. Probably will not visit this store again. Read more
Me and my 6 year old son pull up to this location around 6 pm or a little before. We walk in behind a gentleman who apparently... worked at another store because they began talking about how busy they were for 15 whole minutes. The boy (Tyler) who wasworking at this location then called out to the other employee "It was starting again." She comes dragging her feet from theback with an I hate my job look. As I am listening to them complain about "why does everyone want to eat Subway right now?"(AGAIN 3 PEOPLE IN LINE) The girl employee (Savannah) then looks at me and said are you going to get a sandwich? I am dumbfounded. I look at her and said yes, actually WAS planning on getting 3. She then said, "Well, the line starts over there." At this point, I am irritated that my son is having to see these people treat customers like this. So, I asked, "Were you justcomplaining about actually having business?" She said "What!? No, that was just a joke between me and him." I followed with"well it's not really funny" and got their names. My son and I left the restaurant without any sandwiches. I sat in my car forabout 5 minutes, debating whether I should just suck it up and get my family some food or go somewhere else. I then look backinto the restaurant and what do you know, they are laughing and talking, even glanced out at my car once or twice. That waswhen I made the decision to leave and NEVER go back. They had no remorse. They did not care how we were treated. Both ofthese employees should be fired. Read more
The price for a sub was too expensive ($11.00-12" cold cut). The sub was ok, but it wasn't worth what I paid. No more subway for... me. Read more
