My husband ordered our usual of 8 piece Louisiana rub and 8 spicy Korean and we have never been disappointed until I picked our... meal up on 10/14/22. Our food was burnt and had no spicy Korean sauce and we were told if we brought it back to get it cookedright that it would just turn out the same. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. FRONT CLERK VERY RUDE AND MANAGER EVEN WORSE. HER NAME IS ANDREA. She hung up in my face... after I explained my husband came to get our order and we were handed the wrong bag. Order was $55 and we were only handed a 6piece bone in and 16 boneless wings. ( The math ain't mathin) we are supposed to have way more food than this. Will never comeback to this location . Your in the business of customer service , have some respect and class.
