Why do I keep ordering from this location?? I have had an issue with each of my last 3 orders. They forget items (that I paid... for), the fries are cold, and the temp of the chicken is horrible! I just ordered for delivery and they forgot the 5 bone inwings I added on. I called to complain and the best they could do is ?next time you order, I?ll make it for you personally?. I ordered a 15 piece combo, the soda machine was broken. So they offer me a large lemonade also my corn was extremely cold like... it just came out the refrigerator it was seasoned Cajun seasoning corn I?ve never had corn from Wingstop that cold the rest ofthe food was warm and delicious. Read more
BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE MINE!!? I ordered online an hour before pickup, when I arrived it still wasn't ready,... and said it'll be right up. I had to go back to the counter after 15mins to ask how much longer. They handed it to me, and Iexpect FRESH fries to be getting the bag greasy, didn't get that. I live 5mins from the restaurant, and the wings weren't stillhot - 5min cool down, doesn't make your food warm. I ordered garlic parmesan, and rather than tossing the wings in a pan, theyjust sprinkle it on. the chicken was overcooked, and from all other Wingstop's, I know that the grease and parmesan, I canscrape with my chicken - I didn't even have any grease on the paper. The Weston Ranch location is horrible. If you order for pick up, add 10 to 20 minutes to the time they say it will be ready. If... you order on their app, be ready to see that your order was delivered when it's not! Burnt food, cold food, missing items, latedelivery, orders not ready for pick up. Came on 7/27/22 around 8pm. When I got my online order, I noticed I was missing a combo however when I went back to get it... fixed, the manager made the moment right for me & even gave me new fries! I really appreciate his service. As I was waiting formy order to be redone, 2 other customers came in with wrong orders & he handled them politely & satisfied their needs as well.Left feeling satisfied. Read more
Just ordered from this establishment and they have truly fallen off. Their customer service is deplorable at best. The food... doesn?t taste well (I?ve never been a huge fan, but it was decent). We ordered 2 combos and 2 additional items and they forgotthe 5 piece classics and had the nerve to keep questioning my husband when he called 2 minutes after leaving because he noticedthey were missing. They have a lady with an accent there who is rude as ever. This place is (and I hate to say it) Ghetto. While there several other customers were complaining inside and out. They don?t even toss the food in the sauce, they pour itover/sprinkle it on. It?s a shame, but if you don?t want the headache, get your wing fix from Lord of the Wings or MountainMike?s (for location). My wings were undercooked and entirely too salty, my husband?s garlic Parmesan were literally swimmingin oil. Will be calling to complain! Read more
