First time here? and my last. I threw my sandwich away and wasted my money. I ordered a pick up order 2 days ago with my... employee. THEY MADE A CHESSE STEAK SANDWICH WITH ROAST BEEF??! what is this Arbys?? It was nasty and if their descriptionsactually told you what kind of meet was in the sandwich I would of never ordered it. This is for an order I placed on door dash. I ordered 3 sandwiches. One sandwich was ordered correctly but the other 2 were not... correct. But I the issue is with the door dash app. If u order a 6 inch sandwich then they give u the option to make it a wrap.If u order a 9 inch sandwich it will only say its available for the 3/6 inch sandwich but will not give u the option to selectthe bread type if u choose the 9 inch. I was not happy because I paid for 2, 9 inch sandwiches and it was for a smallersandwich. I got my money back which I was not happy about doing but I just wished that the employees were paying betterattention with my order. Other than that particular issue I really love this place. The food is usually good but lobby is rarely clean and staff is dismissive and rude. They never look you in the eye and idk if... it's loud on that side of the bar but they are always yelling, and always roll their eyes at me. I've never seen a whole storehave such an arrogant attitude and it appears Mary runs the whole attitude. The whole atmosphere stresses me out, I definatelywouldnt come here to eat in. Read more
I don't have enough good things to say about this Togos... I've been coming here for longer than I can remember... Way before I... even had my girls. The staff are fantastic and even through all of the changes with the pandemic have always gone above andbeyond for their customers to make them feel welcomed and ensure orders are correct. Called in my order they said 15 min, git there #9 wasn't ready so just waited received my sandwich went home after paying ... $15.00 and some change. This is what I got not happy at all I'm one of the original customers from the San Jose house. For 15dollars and change I'm not happy at all for the first time in over 30years. Read more
Togo's has the best sandwiches in my opinion... this is the cali club.. it has turkey, ham, bacon and avocado! I added ranch... dressing, chipotle sauce and lettuce! This is my go to option every time.. they were a bit busy today but always worth the waitand thr staff is patient and informative ???? Read more
Every time I have ordered from this location my order has been wrong. Even when I order straight from the menu with no... deviation, the order has been wrong. The food has been ok, but it has never been what I have ordered. Just be warned. If youcan't watch them make it, don't think it will be correct. Read more
