The bread was very good and the meats and vegetables were fresh. The ladies behind the counter were nice but certainly not... professional. They continued talking amongst themselves throughout the entire time they were preparing our food. The sandwichthat I clearly asked to not have pepperoncinis, had them on the sandwich. It's not a big deal because I'm not allergic, but fora person who truly has a distaste for something, it is offensive. Read more
They ran out of the cabbage carrots mix when I stopped by. Asked if there was any in the back and was told no.
Been here 3 times each time employees are rude and have attitude towards us and others customers.

Good place to go for a sandwich. At lunch time, the lines can get long but it seems to move quickly. The customer service is... good and the people are friendly. The hot pastrami and the Asian chicken salad are great. Read more
Poor service took them 25 minutes to fix my sandwich. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to figure how to ring a... bday reward. In the meantime they let someone walk off with my sandwich. So I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to makeme another sandwich. To add insult to injury they charged me 75 cents for cheese after making me wait over half an hour. Never going back there. I like going to this place it?s quite close to my office mostly during the lunch hours ? there is a bit of language problem with... some of the employees but they have always tried to give their best ? I have seen sometimes people also being rude andmisunderstand them but they still quietly make their food and feed people ? I guess they too deserve to be respected and treatedwell. Read more
