I had lunch at the Waterloo restaurant. The service was great, I was greeted by a very friendly waitress, she sat me at a table... and took my drink order. I ordered a peach sangria and it was good. I also ordered their lunch special, grilled jalapeno cheesesteak and pesto. The flavors were so tasty, and the steak was very tender. There was a lot of food on my plate, I could only eathalf of it. I highly recommend this place, you would not regret eating there. Read more

The most delicious pesto that I've ever had and the chicken and ribs were awesome too. Great service even though they were very... busy. We did go at a busy time though. Saturday night at 6:30. Worth the wait. Read more

I honestly can?t give this business the same high rating. We stopped there because of the high ratings, but after ordering a BLT... that doesn?t come with fries but instead comes with a pesto pasta, and then it took a very long time to get the food, the BLTarrived and the bacon was totally charcoal, then I couldn?t get anyone to help me, so I called a young lady over to show her myBLT, and she apologized about it and said with great humor that it looked like coal and promptly removed the sandwich, it tookanother 15 minutes to get a new sandwich, which was much better! The place is very crowded and noisy and service is slow to saythe least, I don?t think we?ll go back there again! Read more

This place has a great look and vibe, the staff, minus my waiter, were friendly and seemed to work well together as a crew. So... why the low rating? Two reasons, first is to get the attention of the manager or owner, the second, because of an issue I hadwith my order and the waiter. I ordered a club sandwich and what I got was not anything close to a club sandwich and waitedargued with me and copped an attitude despite me being cordial and polite. The sandwich I received was hot, on a roll and hadmelted cheddar cheese. Absolutely not a clue sandwich, not even close. I flagged down the waiter, as someone else brought thefood out to me, and told him that I ordered a club sandwich and replied, " that is a club sandwich". I told him that thesandwich Infront of me is absolutely not a club sandwich. His reply was then, well that's how we make it here. I told him thatnowhere anywhere in the world would this be considered a club sandwich and if this is their version of one, they need to renameit and change the menus. He argued with me that a club sandwich could be lots of things. I laughed and took my phone out andtyped in "club sandwich" I showed him a picture of it and read off the definition of a club sandwich. He continued to arguewith an annoyed and bitter attitude and told me, " don't eat it then". I should have walked away and left but I was with someoneelse who wanted to stay. I tried the sandwich and it was not that great, not bad but just okay. I didn't even finish it. Itwas odd too because most of the dishes were served with a terrible tasting pasta that cut up so much, like it was prepared for ababy so they wouldn't choke. I'd be willing to try another menu items but don't make one thing and call it something that itisn't, and don't give bad attitude to the customer especially when they are 100% correct. Read more

We got calamari as a starter. It looked and tasted like cod. Pictures to prove it. Never have I ever seen a squid that big and... thick before. Where are the rings? Where are the tentacles? The steak was cooked properly but sautéed mushrooms doesn?t meancovered in gravy. Taste like a cambells can of soup. The salmon was over cooked. Thick layer of fish you couldn?t eat. Middlewas dry and tasteless. This is my first and last visit. Spend 100 dollars for the same service as chili?s. At least thebartenders were on point. Read more

Dad and I went to dinner here after seeing the Bond film. We were hungry, on a Sunday night and didn't want fast food. Waterloo... was hopping. We ordered the steak ($42) with salad and pesto pasta and split it. There was plenty for both of us, they split thesalad too. Steak was the best I've had outside of Fleming's in SJ! We enjoyed it so much we ordered the tiramisu (for each ofus!) All told, bill was about $80, but well worth it. Will come back, bringing the wife. Read more
