Place was clean. Person who helped me didn't listen to a word I said when I first ordered. When she came to help me I said I... wanted 2 6in ham and cheese, she then asked me what kind of bread and what kind of meat. She was very nice and pleasant though. Read more

Firstly, I apologize to the employees for walking away without communicating my concerns and frustrations. I had to walk away... without saying anything because I was really angry and my automatic emotional response would be inappropriate. Secondly, I amhere because I need to express those concerns: 1) When my son and I entered, we were ignored by the employees. I stood therewaiting for their attention; their attention was focused on their phone order. Okay, that's fair enough, they are busy. 2) Myson was finding a place to sit. When he found a seat, he noticed underneath the chair was a dead cockroach. 3) I told my son(who is 7) to tell them about the cockroach (I was still ordering because I felt bad I already started... normally I would walkaway by then due to hygiene). He told the employees multiple times about the cockroach and they ignored him rather than cleaningit up right away. 3) They were disorganized in their sandwiches and couldn't tell which sandwich was mine and which were thephone order. 4) They started helping the people behind us with their coupon before our order was finished. This is when Iwalked away. Very unprofessional, lack of leadership/management, disregard for customers and unhygienic. If they ignore thecockroach issue like that in front of a customer, it makes me question how they would handle cockroaches behind the counter.Really really concerning and disappointing. I regret not taking a photo. Zero stars. Normally I wouldn't leave a bad review, but I wanted something good before going to work tonight. I ordered online and sent my... son in to get the food as it said ready. He came out hands empty and I'm like what's up? They didn't have the bread we wanted iton.. Then the cookies we ordered weren't there.. Not able to refund the cookies as manager wasnt in until tomorrow.. No receiptor name taken.. And clearly they crumpled my receipt on top of it..smh Read more

There was a new person making food and I get that. The problem is whoever is training him should watch him a little bit better.... Especially when she is standing right next to him but talking to another employee not paying any attention to what her traineeis doing. I didn't even get napkins in my bag . We usually love coming here but today they had some rookies in there. They made our sandwich way different than usual, plus the... whole place smelled of smoke like they burnt something. This review is based on one visit and they have different people inthere almost every time. 3 stars for taste. Put some more nuts in your macadamia nut cookies, and remember the customer isalways right! Read more
