Place order using app for curside pickup. According to app , curbside closes at 7pm. Placed order at 6:12pm with estimated ready... time of 6:27pm. Showed up at 6:30pm after getting "order ready" notification. From 6:30pm till 6:50pm i waited in car. When Iwalked in , the 2 ladies working , 1 was busy eating while other was busy dancing. When I said iam here for curbside pickup shetells me they dont do curbside and she dont know why online takes curbside orders. #SUBWAY is backwards in technology cant evenupdate their app. Franchise owner only cares for money thats y doesnt have employees call customers to inform there is nocurside and that #subways sucks. My name's Nolan, My wife ordered two turkey bacon avacodo sandwiches. After I got all the way home with the sandwiches, low and... behold... No avacodo. Went all the way back and the red headed girl who messed up the order was super sweet and apologetic. Asshe was fixing the sandwiches, i asked the lengthy dark haired girl behind her who looked like she was in charge of I could geta bag of chips since I had to drive all the way back. She just said no and gave me a dirty look. The whole time she was standingbehind the redheaded girl and was smacking the back of her hand waiting for me to leave so she could probably chew this poorgirl out. Girl needed to be reminded to wash her hands before making subs and after emptying trash. Same girl also initially told me I... could not have my Service dog in the store. I am physically disabled and my Service Dog is a trained, Mobility(balance.Retrieves items that I drop or can't reach) & Alert (Hearing dog.) I patiently explained the law for "real" service dogs likemine. The girl seemed to appreciate the information. She helped me to the car with my large order. Food was good :) Read more
