First time I have had a subway melt. Long story short. The way this was mase made my favorite steak and cheese sandwich even... better. Gives a greater than panini experience to the sandwich I also believe the flavors are better when cooked as amelt. Service was friendly and had more answers than I had questions Btw be careful when handling a melt sandwich there not asdurable as a regular sub that gets wrapped. Read more

I went there today to pick up a order my wife placed and arrived 30 minutes after it was ready and when I asked the cashier said... she would get it for me and rung up a customer and then proceeded to go back to making sandwiches. I stood there for a fewminutes when another staff member came in and instead of either getting my order they both continued to make sandwiches and hadme wait even longer. I?m a CHF survivor with stage 2 heart failure I just came home from getting a defibrillator placed and waslooking forward to a healthy sandwich to start my day and my wife accidentally ordered from the wrong store we never chooseSutter for just this reason of poor customer service and lack of experience. I thought the whole concept of ordering online forexpress pick up meant just that , cause when I order from California St. Store u walk in go directly to the front and give yourname for the order and it?s ready and u don?t have to wait for anything but them to pass it to you. Instead I had to walk outand tell them to cancel my order for making me wait and lacking the knowledge of how u treat customers who place express ordersversus those who walk in and need to place a order.This is unacceptable when I try to always support local and give to those whogreat food and service which is by far becoming less and more about speed and content so I will continue to express myexperience with any establishment that has unsatisfactory customer service.
