I have to put one star so i can leave a review. But honestly they don't even deserve that one. Drinks were great but that... cancels everything out with the worst customer service! The male cashier who's name starts with a B was the worst. A robot wouldprobably be nicer. Couldn't even ask for ur order nor end it with any word at all. Just stood there and stared the wholetime. I don't mean to be a Karen but I Had to give the Starbucks in target one star. Experienced some of the worst customer service... here from now on I'll go to the actual Starbucks stores because they have employees who actually know how to give good customerservice. I was never greeted by the cashier and that there'd be a wait instead I just stood at the register for 5 mins I'mpatient but not being greeted or told of the wait while at the register is just poor customer service. The tables were dirty. They only had hot coffee or ice coffee no blended. I ask for banana nut bread and all they had was lemon... and pumpkin ask for both to be heated and only got one heated. Was kinda disapointing ..expected better from starbucks. Read more
