Loved the ambient of this restaurant and their super fast, friendly service. The food was delicious as well. We had the fresh... crispy rolls and pad thai noodle. You can ask for your required spicy level. They had two arcade machines too. I enjoyed playingpac-man while waiting for our friends. Read more

Having lived in SE Asia I can confidently say the food at Slim's is legit and delicious! Freshly made with fresh ingredients... while you wait. We had beef soup, spring rolls and pan fried noodles. Only thing missing were the little red stools we used toon in Vietnam???? Cannot wait to go back! Read more
Stopped in while driving through Stockton, and it was a delish and fast lunch. Had the ban mi with a fried egg (good) and the... pad Thai (really good). This place offers generous portions and really fast service. There are a few tables inside for indoordining and right next-door is an outdoor courtyard where we sat and ate. Read more
Wow, just wow! Absolutely delicious food. The menu is very focused which I appreciate, they obviously know what they do well.... The veggies in my noodles were fresh and perfectly cooked. I cannot wait to try the rest of the menu! And the owners were totalsweethearts! This place will definitely become a regular for me!! Read more
