I love trying new places and couldn't wait to try Poppy Coffee after driving by it a few times. They are the perfect coffee... shop. One of my favorites is the breakfast bowl, it is so fresh, hearty and not microwaved! Their sandwiches are perfection,tasty and light. Baked items are made fresh! And their coffee and teas... so many styles to choose from and all of it fresh,smooth and flavorful if that's your choice. My favorite is a bowl of soul or a valley fog tea for those mornings you just needsomething warm and happy. If you haven't tried this place, try it. You'll love it! Read more
Wanted to check them out again it's been a long time since I came here and they use to make smoothies....not no more they don't... ????. I got a small Mexican Mocha & medium coffee. Got there at 9:14. ???? Left at 9:50. There was only 2 orders ahead of me. Itshouldn't take that long. The Mexican Mocha was gross to thick and it's didn't even have a dash of chilli powder or cayennepowder. That's not a Mexican mocha that's just a spiced mocha with spices in it I'm sorry but some kind of chili powder or somekind of cayenne powder is what makes a Mexican mocha a Mexican mocha. And I shouldn't have to wait as long as I waited for twodrinks and only two orders ahead of me it should not take 30 minutes for three customers orders to be done that's poor service Iguess I got a reminder of why I stopped coming here. Got a dirty spiced chai! (With oatmilk) It was phenomenal. Smelled great in there the food was great totally hit the spot.
After some decent searching in the Stockton area, I think we?ve finally found the best coffee shop in the area. Not only do they... make the best coffee, both espresso and drip, but Poppy?s food is simply delicious. At least the breakfast, I have yet to trylunch. Corner building with plenty of parking. Small amount of bakery items but has a lot of prepared to order food. Ordered Iced Mocha... and it was light on the espresso taste and was overall a little milky. Very cute little spot for a local non-chain coffee spot Read more
Such a cute spot. Glad we stumbled upon this place as it is a true coffee shop. They weigh they're espresso grinds before they... make them. They don't over heat the milk. They provide late art. The aesthetic is very cute and on point with with the hipstercoffee shop. Glad Stockton has this place instead of the basic Starbucks. They offer oat milk for those dairy free and sick ofalmond milk options. The Mexican mocha we spicy and a tad sweet but absolutely worth the $5.00. Read more
Stopped in while visiting my mom. The Pacific Panini was awesome. Perfect amount of crunch and cheesey goodness. I also tried... the Lavanilla Latte which was really great. I like that you can choose your milk too. I would definitely recommend this place.Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Read more
Get the OG sandwich with bacon. Straight chronic. I don?t really mess with coffee but they have delicious lemonade. Great place... to sit, quality chairs. Read more
