This is my least favorite "Chinese" place. Always get Sweetfire chicken. Can't get that anywhere else. Chow mein is not as... good as other places. This is cafeteria style so Service is not a thing. Food is hot and ready. Atmosphere is appropriate forthe situation. But don't expect the best thing you ever ate. You will be disappointed if you do. Read more

Best Panda in Stockton. So freaking clean and the nicest employees. Love stopping by there when working in the neighborhood.

I had ordered ahead, so just stopped by to pick up the food. It was ready on time, the location was kept clean and the staff... seemed friendly. It wasn't busy at all, I enjoyed stopping by for my food here. Read more

On this location some employees do not have customer service at all. I cannot believe that during lunch time the restaurant runs... out of certain menu. I ordered shrimp and chicken teriyaki but they supposed did not have it. Is not the first time that thisproblem happens and I wonder why this issue is very common there. I got a little upset and the person who was helping me becamerude instead gave me a good excused (she called the security guy on me but I was not afraid even though they tried tointimidated me. I will go to another location where I can get better service! Read more

I ordered a honey walnut shrimp chow mein and honey sesame chicken plate. They said they were out of sesame chicken so I said... just the honey walnut shrimp and chow mein. Drove off got to the gas station and found out I was given some chicken entree andno shrimp! So I drive back to the restaurant with the chicken and chow mein order in hand. Then I was told I had to find myreceipt for them to correct my order. Like the food wasn't enough proof of my purchase. I come back with the receipt and thenthey said I would have to pay an additional $1.25 for them to correct my order. So now 4 times I had to go in there plus I haveto pay them to correct it. Terribly dissatisfied with the customer service at this location therefore I am giving it a 1 starrating. I don't think I will be going back to this location for quite awhile because of this horrible experience. But I will beback eventually I am sure. I hope I can give them a good review next time.. I love the food , the costumers service is bad. They don?t know what there doing , there so hurrying and forget the side of food... , it?s happen twice . Make sure double check if the sidesh it?s in the box. And this time it?s keeps me waiting the outside 30mins waiting my order . And they don?t even give me a sign for the car to put in my car so they can find me where I park. Terrible I been waiting . And after 30 mins my order isn?t right . They gave me wrong one.
