Not really impressed. Got the Waffle Chicken Sandwich. Not quite enough chicken for the whole sandwich. Cole slaw and macaroni &... cheese IN the sandwich was an interesting concept but turned into a soggy mess. The sauce on the chicken was tasteless but itwas moist and tender. Me and my girlfriend were hungry this Saturday and decided we wanted to try this place. The customer service was friendly the... food is good size portions however we ordered the dessert waffle and one of the toppings was strawberries We did not receivestrawberries on our waffle and when we called to complain the manager explained that the strawberries were frozen thereforecouldn?t be added to our waffle I?m just curious why they didn?t explain that to us before hand. Also ordered my fries extracrispy and they came out soggy. If you?re a fry lover do not come here the reason I?m giving two stars is the customer servicewas acceptable but obviously they need to work on their communication with there customers. Read more
I was in the area and wanted to try this place. I simply was not impressed. The service is horrible and the sandwich literally... had no flavor. I follow them on Instagram and the sandwich looked nothing like what I see in their videos. They make it look sogood on Instagram...but far from it. When i walk in...I was not even greeted... then I placed my order. I got a the #1 combothe chicken slider with fries. 11.00 plus tax. 11.99 total. The fries were not even cooked all the way. The bun on the sandwichwas burned on the top. The chicken literally tasted like it was frozen and microwaved. It took over 20 minutes to even get myfood. My sandwich looked nothing like the photos. Stumbled on this Gem. What can i say I love Hot Chicken and Nash and Tender is a must try!!!! Staff were awesome and the food... was amazing. The Chicken was perfectly cooked and graciously spiced perfect quantities of everything. They have a lot of optionswith heat levels for everyone. will will be back to try more. Read more

This is a good spot to come and eat at, everything on the menu is so good. But my to go to is either the Nash tenders and fries,... or the waffle sandwich. I always choose the medium heat level. It's perfect spice for me. "Hot" made my stomach burn lol. So Istick with medium. Read more
