Food Used To Be 5 Stars, But Of Course Due To Inflation, Prices Are Up & Quality of Food Drops Down. I’ve Noticed In The Last... Few Years, It’s Been Way More Rice Than Anything Else on Their Rolls. Flavor is Still Amazing, But I Would Like Just A Tad BitLess On The Rice. As Far As Service Goes, Front Hostess Desk Is Disastrous. I Waited On Hold For 20 Minutes By The Time TheyFinally Answered I Had Already Driven To The Restaurant & Sat & Watched As 2-3 of Them Sat on Their Personal Cell PhonesTexting. As I Walked In, It Prompted One of Them To Answer The Holding Line Which I Then Placed My Order. She Stated It Would BeA 25 Minute Wait After Sitting son Hold For 20 Minutes. Smh. In One of The Hostess Defense, She Was Very Helpful & Pleasant. SheAsked Her Team Member to Check On My Order Since It Had Been Past The 25 Minute Estimate They Gave All Their Call In Orders, &She Responded To Her Colleague, “Uhm.. I’ll go back there in maybe 3 minutes or so because I just came from back there and Ididn’t see anything else ready.” During this time, I witness the Line cook for rolls finish my rolls and send them to thekitchen to get another item to complete my order, & instead of the hostess helping grab those orders, they continued on theirphones, making kitchen staff bring the orders up to them. I’ve never sense such unwillingness to play as a team as I did withthese young ladies. At one point even the bartender had to grab a huge stack of menus and bring them back over to the hostessdesk since they were soooo preoccupied with each other talking and being on their phones. Food is always great, minus theexcessive rice, but everything else, could definitely use an upgrade. To the hostess that was helpful, thank you and Iappreciate you. A group of four of us went to eat dinner at Misakis and it was awesome! We got 8 different rolls they were all delicious. I... highly recommend The Big Mama, Mount Fuji, and the V.I.P. rolls they come loaded with top notch ingredients. Our sushi chefsname was Art and he did a amazing job not only on making the food but also on his great customer service. This is the only spotwe will be going to for sushi. Read more

Bad service, wait staff has regulars and friends they help first. I ordered the oysters first thing as an appetizers and had to... keep asking when they would come. When she finally brought them ice was melted as she left them in the window. Sushi was ok,the were not inform some bites better than others. Average at best. Read more

Absolutely delicious food every time we get food. Out of these items ordered they are all pretty unique in flavor, the Dynamite... Roll is especially flavorful, we have ordered it 2 times in a row! Another favoite is the VIP roll it is a fusion that maysounds strange, but I encourage you to try it as the flavors of bacon and salmon come together and make a it wonderful! Read more
