Food was hot and service was fast, in both the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. Employees were respectful too.
Went to McDonald's tonight at 11:30 pm and told they are not taking orders in the drive thru and "accepting Door Dash only." Is... my money no good here that all you will take is Door Dash? Please consider changing your Drive Thru hours if your not going toserve after 11:30 pm: you are not open till 2 am. So disappointing, no explanation just a rejection at the order board. Read more
The only person to order in the drive thru and they tell me to pull to the side to wait for my food. By the time I pulled over... there were 5 cars in the drive thru. I waited for 20 minutes for my food while everyone in the drive thru got their food beforeme. Read more
We were told to wait to get out water,so we went to come 9 and 10 min later no water was brought up to cone 9. My husband walked... in to McDonald's on Charter Way Martin Luther King Blvd. and ask if he can have to cups of water and they have him one cup andhe told person where's the other cup , then went back to get second cup of water that we didn't get in our drive thru order. The service wasn?t terrible (today) but, the wrapper was melted ON THE BURGER?that?s disgusting.
Typical McDonald?s in Stockton with the regular food as other McDonald?s have. Ordering was fast but a little slow on the... delivery. The Big Breakfast was delivered without utensils but maybe locals eat with their hands here. I went back and ask thefriendly cashier for utensils and a pack of syrup for the hot cakes. Drinks are behind the counter so it?s inconvenient to getrefills but cashiers are friendly and helps out here. Consider carrying hand soap on your next trip. Restroom was out of itduring our trip. Glad we carry sanitizers and wipes everywhere now. Read more
I was really surprised & impressed by how fast & friendly the drive thru service was. I visit this McDonald's a lot and nothing... ever really stands out but tonight service was exceptionally good the girl who took my order got straight to the point, I wasn'twaiting forever for her to get on the mic and you could actually hear her voice loud and clear. I had some dollars out prepareto pay for extra BBQ sauce but to my amazement she gave me 5 sauces for what I would consider free but if you really think aboutit, it's a condiment that should come free with your meal and it did! $outh$ide McDonald's has stepped it up. Had to wait a long time to get my food and then when I did get it it was all old. The hamburger buns were very hard the french... fries were cold and still. Asked if I can get my food remade then the front worker gave me attitude. Read more
