Ordered a Hot n Ready pepperoni pizza here for my sin few weeks ago and it was horrible,the pizza that was given to me wasn't... Hot nor ready,it was a pizza that was left there for a while...all soaked up in its oil,wet and soggy,didn't return it becauseit was very late and my son was hungry.More than like to never order here again!!! The service here is terrible unfortunately because the pizza is good. They also will not answer their phone. I have ask multiple... times why they aren?t answering and they make excuses or say there system is down. I tested this when I came in and called themas I was at the register and their phone clearly takes the call but they have it on mute. Very lazy and non considerate here. Ireally wish the manager here would reach out to me so this branch is better for all of us. Read more
Google really needs to start allowing a negative star review option. Being "short staffed" is not an excuse for rude employees,... employees having a meltdown, or ridiculously long extended wait times. When you order on the app and it tells you 30-35 minutesfor 1 pizza you can figure they are busy. But when you have to wait an additional 30 minutes (65 mins total) that is absolutelyridiculous. Managers are not apologizing, giving discounts or anything. Instead a frazzled employee is letting people know thatit'll be a few minutes (when in reality it's 30 to 45 mins) with no regard to anyone's time or lunch hour. You are no the onlyones working today... I really hope they close this location at some point. Always issues with this location. I'll go back tospending 40 bucks on a pizza to have it on time and taste better. Read more
Frist thing they got my order wrong and when I took it back the manager did not care and would not try to fix the problom .they... have a big problom with the manager and the way the employees are being trained how to do there jobs Read more
