This place is going downhill instead of uphill we got an 8 piece meal cost 50 bucks we got two little scoops of potatoes and... just under a half little bowl of gravy and that's for a meal. Before we ordered that meal we were going to order somethingdifferent but they didn't have the items they were out of stock they didn't have no buns they didn't have no corn on the cobthey claimed their root beer was out on the A&W side I could have cooked a whole chicken dinner and sides for less than what itcost of me to get it here. A&W and KFC 7:30pm no root beer hamburgers not wrapped well. Just looked like one fold and the sides instead folding to hold... heat in they crumpled. Like a used peace of foil paper. Hamburgers where cold meat verily warm. We ate them in abou 3 to 5minutes. The fries where nice hot fresh. Oh and after ordering she told us it was no cash only accepting card payments. Read more

Jhovanim was very nice and very helpful with my complicated order. Everything came out correct. It did take a while to come out... for having no one in line before me. (Then it took them 30 minutes to not even get the people in line behind me their order...)The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Absolutely unacceptable. Other than that it wasn't bad. Read more

Worst store/customer service ever. I ordered original and they only gave crispy. Went back they claimed they only have original.... Asked for original the worker keep arguing that they only have original. Umm hello then why did you give me crispy?? They tookit back replace only one piece of original. Do you know the difference between original and crispy?? How can you claim to haveonly original but give out crispy??? Yike!!! Not to mentioned, cold mashed potatoes and gravy! Read more

Worst store. Never gets an order right. Pulled up at 9pm on Wednesday to a we are closed message on the drive thru speaker. 3... signs with hours that day open till 10pm. Not to mention a sign in the street that says ?we are open?. This place needs to becloser and let another business take its place. Worst place ever by far! Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Always out of things. Ordered two large mash and gravy and biscuits got just mashed... potatoes, asked for butter at the drive thru parked in front for the food got the food no butter guy said they didn't tell mewaited 5 minutes had to shake the door to get my butter. Took the food back and got my money back. Never go to the location onWaterloo rd. If you don't believe me look at other reviews on this location. Read more

Won't let me post without giving a star but they don't deserve any! It was a KFC A&W. We wanted root beer and said they didn't... have any would take an hour to make it. The burger I ordered was barely warm and the cheese wasn't even melted. You would thinka restaurant that is famous for root beer would have some. Terrible experience!! No stars Read more

I go to this restaurant often and 50% of the time or more then that even I have to say, my order is wrong. I hate going through... the drive through for this reason. It?s a fast food place and I shouldn?t expect much I guess but the one thing they can do isatleast have good customer service and it?s not always good. It?s usually bad. I?ve been treated like I was bothering thecashier I feel. I had to ask for items that were missing, then I had to ask for butter, honey and napkins. And plasticsilverware after that. Each thing I had to practically ask for separately because as I looked I saw it was missing. One timewhile I was there I was told they didn?t have chicken breasts and because it was close to closing they weren?t going to makeany. There was still 30 minutes. That?s plenty of time to make chicken I feel. I guess it just bothers me when I know I?ve beentreated poorly. I?ve worked in similar jobs and I was trained to treat customers different so maybe my expectations are high butwhy shouldn?t they be. Read more
