Tacos are cold, (mixed fries; i ordered curly) fries are old & cold, no sauces that I requested were given, I ordered a coke &... received something grossly cherry, & the egg roll was yesterday's like the rest of the food they felt was ok to feed someone.Horrible, lazy, staff & disgusting food! The first time i ordered and had an issue instead of holding up the line i told them i would pull forward and come inside. When... i got inside i was told they couldnt solve the problem (didnt charge me for a combo, to get fries). So instead of just payingthe difference to turn my item into a meal they charged me for large fries...i ended up paying almost $20 for the box of chickenand some fries..... which was on promo for 7.99 i think... may be off a dollar. Waiting in line for 30 plus minutes..employees turning customers away saying they're "understaffed."
Lazy employees that take 10yrs to do absolutely anything. 40+ minutes just to even head towards you every single time regardless... of what you order. Better yet, you may even wait over an hour to be cancelled on. Salads are literally pre-packaged and all youhave to do is place it in a bag, but it takes over an hour? Usually always the same but this time was not good at all! 8 tacos-all were burned. Some had sauce, some did not. Some had... cheese, some did not & to top it off really long wait time. The cashier came to the window 3 extra times each time telling me weare just waiting for your tacos, just waiting on those tacos, waiting for the last 2 tacos, like they were all going to befresh...huh, that they were not! If there was an option for 0 stars, this place has earned it. Every night after I get off work, from anywhere between 3-6 A.M.... whoever the man is working the drive-thru claims that ?their system is down and they?re only accepting DoorDash orders.? I askedhim how come it seems WITHOUT FAIL no matter what time I get off; every single time I go, your system just so happens to beconveniently down for you and you can?t take my order? He stuttered for a second, then claimed that ??uhhhhh probably becauseevery time you come our system is rebooting..? I don?t see how that?s possible. And if your system is truly rebooting for hourson end, then DON?T claim you?re open 24 hours because that?s a lie. If not and it?s purely staff laziness, then the night crewneeds to be fired and replaced immediately. This happens way too often to be coincidental. Working night shifts, I am far toolimited in my choices for food, and when the only option I have is taken away EVERY SINGLE TIME, it?s absolutely infuriating!Because there?s never a manager on shift during the time I?m there to do anything about this, I?m leaving this review.
