2nd time I get ripped off This is not an ultimate bacon cheese burger instead I got a regular cheese burger

This is the worst service I've ever had, I'll never go back to this Jack in the box. I had to wait in the drive thru for 35... minutes, when I finally got up to the window to get my food, it wasn't what I ordered plus the food was cold like it just cameout of the fridge, my Tacos weren't ready plus I had asked of no hot sauce, I was told by the guy who waited on me to pleasepark that they forgot to make them & it would take about 15 minutes to make & they would bring them out to me, after aboutanother 25 minutes, I finally knocked on the window where a young lady employee was sitting down eating she then came to thedoor & I asked her about my 10 Tacos she said wait a minute, she then came back to the door & basically through them @ me when Igot home it was like they put a whole bottle if hot sauce on them. She was very very rude & very disrespectful. I wish someonefrom the corporate office would make a surprise visit to this location. There was a very long line of cars waiting, there were 3cars in front of me & @ least 2 or 3 behind me waiting in line. Read more

It's right off the arch road exit so it's convenient for traveller's staff is good at processing orders I purchased double... sausage and hashbrown breakfast we also bought double orders of jumbo Jack's they were good ???? I recommend. I will addphotos next time I go.???? Read more
