Terrible service my food was cold they don't speak lound enough in the drive thru very hard to every hear what they are saying... and since when do employees dress up for work they have on to much jewelry I always see them with ear pod like if there talkingon there phone or listing to music I've been going there for a long time and i don't think I'm ever going to that locationanymore it was a perfect fast food restaurant to stop by on the way home but you just lost a good customer after tonight???????????????? Staff here is always very cool and friendly, the only problem with this jack in the box is thst it usually takes around 30... minutes to get your food if there's a line. Read more
Listen it’s Jack-in-the-Box if you don’t know what they serve Jack-in-the-Box you have it been out to the club and got... hungry at 2 AM. This Jack-in-the-Box is really clean and the staff is very nice. Most of the business is it just thisJack-in-the-Box goes through the drive-through. so if you’re looking for a dine and experience it’s pretty good here causemore often than not you’ll be the only person inside. The food is always cooked to order. So really anything that you seethat’s negative Hass to be from somebody that’s taking it home and was dissatisfied when they got home. Read more
This location takes we don’t make it until you order it to a whole new level. Literally in a drive-through line for 45... minutes, there was only about 14 cars total. I could tell the food for fresh, but even still waiting for that long just for asandwich and fries is ridiculous! This location needs to really figure out how to move people through a drive-through line. Read more
this was awful. ordered 3 burgers, 1 meal and an order of spicy loaded fries. they forgot the spicy loaded fries. waited another... 10 minutes for the forgotten item and neither is it curly like the picture, but this is what I got. Read more
Probably one of the better fast food spots in all of Stockton. (Location, hours, employees.) The only reason I took off a star... is the time it takes to get through the drive thru. It always seems long even for Jack in the Box. Read more
Food was a little soggy, service was good and the dining area was clean. The food was messy though. Tacos seemed like they... could've definitely been a little more crunchy and not falling apart. Read more
