Jack in the box is 24 hrs but everytime I go through the the drive thur no one will answer on the speaker or an employee says... they are on lunch and will be on their lunch for however much longer and also tell you, you can't sit in the line and wait theseemployees are not only turning down business but also going against the store hours and this has happen multiple times I couldunderstand low staff but not all the time... I work a graveyard shift and everyone knows that jack in the box is the only fastfood available 24 hours but not this Jack in the box don't waste your lunch break on this Jack in the box you'll be wasting yourtime. The wife and I go here almost daily. Usually we stop by to get a quick bite after work. Around 12am-1am. I have been trying to... figure out how, at this time is there such a long wait! We're talking 30 minutes or better. Having 5 or 6 cars lined up from thewindow! How is it that they are backed up? Well tonight I watched as the person at the window took someone's order and thenproceeded to complete said order. I was picking up an online order and was told at order area that they had my order and wereworking on it. So when we got to the window our order had been sitting there for a good 20 minutes. I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers and got two double cheseburgers sent both back and went home got them out and found out they... didnt fix my order just stuffed them into another bag.tried to call Jack's number to that store but guess what??? There voicemail hasn't been set up, how do they have phone in orders for there pickup service?? Read more

I stood there waiting for almost ten minutes while the employees worked. No one came to the register one of the employees took... care of her children embellishing them with drinks very cool, but when she just overlooked me I just lost my appetite and feltvery unwelcome so I left and won't be returning Read more

Do not go here, provided the lobby isn?t closed OR there isn?t caution tape across the drive through, you will most likely... encounter the LONGEST wait for some jack in the box of your whole a** life, along with some unpleasant service from staff thatbe yelling through the microphone at you that their system is resetting for the next 40 mins while trying to read the busted upmenu in their dirty ol? little alley way of a drive through? nothing ever bad with the food I?ve received but, just go to adifferent jack in the box, trust me. Don?t try to order here between 4:00am and 4:30am because they?ll tell you that they can?t take your order because the system is... down. It?s a lie, because I once ordered thru the app when they tried to tell me ?We can?t take any orders until our system isback online? and they had to make my food since I had already paid for it on the mobile app. When I waited at the window Ioverheard an employee complaining about having to make the food because they had just cleaned up the cooking stations. So yeah.There are lies in there somewhere. Food is okay, not bad but not good either. I mean what do y?all expect from a fast foodrestaurant. Some people are ridiculous. Read more

ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION!!!!!! This establishment allows their employees to STEAL and charge customer's credit cards for... their own meals meals. My husband went through the drive through today and was not given his card back after it was charged.When he went to look for it we checked the bank while he went looking for it in the car. The bank showed that there were twoseparate charges for today and my husband only used his card once. When I asked did he remembered if they returned it, he didnot, so he went back. When he got there, they made him walk from the front over to the drive thru window where the cars are totalk to someone. The person at the window looked and found his card, but told him he could not do the refund and he would haveto call corp. Then the manager stepped in and said she could do the refund. And that was it. My problem is I dont know if myhusband's card was copied or not, but that is unauthorized and it is theft, so you can best believe We will be filing a formalcomplaint and someone better have an answer how they will deal with this issue. Worst fast food in my whole entire life specially this location I don't recommend for anyone to go eat here super nasty just... think about one day you're very starving and hungry and you go to this place and you receive food that look like the picturebelow how well you feel I was so upset even if they offer me this food for free and I know how it is I wouldn't except it it'sreally bad how a big company treat their customers like this unbelievable look at the photo below and tell me what do you thinkwill you eat it too much oil cooked inside of microwave and everything is old probably from couple days ago wow ????
