Ordered a roast beef sandwich on a dutch crunch roll. It was fine, nothing mind-blowing. This place is as much a specialty store... as a bakery - lots of interesting snacks and Italian grocery items to browse through, though the space was so tight and crowdedthat it was tough to really get a good look. The service was great, they were very friendly and efficient. Not in a greatneighbourhood and don't expect a place to sit and eat if you buy a sandwich here. There's no seating inside and you wouldn'twant to eat outside if they had tables for it. Read more
My first time there and I was surprised. My father and grandfather have been going there since the 60s. You would never expect... such a wonderful place would be located where it is.
