The coffee is good but the service needs help. I always get a divinity frapp with CARMEL drizzle yet everytime, they add... chocolate. I hate chocolate or else I would just take it. When I tell them they have such a stank attitude about it. This timethey just drizzled Carmel into the cup and poured the old one in a new cup. Not a problem but the chocolate still dropped intothe cup, causing it to have that artificial chocolate taste. I pay enough for the coffee I figured I could at least have what Iasked for. No. I recommend trying a different location, not the march lane location. They don't seem to have great enthusiasmfor working. Read more
Out of all the establishments that have shown extensive courtesy for their customers, this cafe has proven that it truly cares... for the individual such as myself and my selfish desires. Perhaps one of the more saddening parts of society is that selfishdesires are inherently suppressed, not by the consumer, but by the establishments brought up in this competitive society. Ifound myself thoroughly surprised and filled with pleasure when I was granted an eggs scrambled with everything on it to anotherestablishment, and this egg was amazingly cooked with passion, love, care, and intimacy. Truly an amazing experience, and Iwould encourage any that seek out a cafe that serves its customer with respect and care to visit Empresso, especially withcoffee and food that represent such high quality. Ordered online for pickup. 2 drinks. 2 bagels. 2 sandwiches. Get there and the order is ready. But there's no drinks made. I... tell the guy and he makes me show him the receipt on my phone (no problem, it's ok that he checked) because the drinks weren'ton the receipt they printed in store. He makes the drinks right away. No complaint. Get to the car and taste the drinks.Actually really delicious beverages. Get home and I just can't believe what I'm looking at. Bagels with no cream cheese. Barelyany lox. Sandwich on wrong bread. I paid extra for a croissant. Got sourdough. Bottom line, drinks were good if they actuallymake them. Skip the food. Brewquarters; Great Coffee, Great Rotating Local Beers on Tap and friendly staff. Easily best White Mocha in and around... Stockton. Happy Hour is 4pm to 7pm. Have a beer or two, you deserve it. Oh Yeah, great home made Cinnamon Rolls! Don't confusethis place as just another coffee place. Read more
Their lox Bagel is absolutely out of this world!!! The flavor is not only Savory but they put enough lox on the bagel to where... you feel full and satisfied!!! I also enjoyed their mocha very much. I am not a coffee drinker, so when I went out on a limb ona cold rainy day and ordered a coffee I was pleasantly surprised!!! My only gripe about Empresso is for the shop being an exStarbucks oh, there are very few Outlets for you to charge your mobile devices on. The outlets that they do have are very fewand are extremely wobbly and do not hold your charger in very well. That is super disappointing. Otherwise, the experience waspretty good. Empreso is impressive. Lol. This was the first place I ever had cold brew coffee it should come with a warning label that reads... high octane ????. I love this stuff it's one of my favorite cold Brews in town. Read more
