They close if no customers for 1/2 hour.... Very unreliable place to eat after 10:00. ( They are open untill 11:00 pm)I think... they should close at 10 like the other drive through restaurants. I like the food but this policy is nuts !! Read more
I'm impressed with El Pollo Loco in the Trinity Parkway in Stockton, California. Employee taking our order was patient and... kind. We had wanted to order the eight piece chicken family meal and she recommended the family feast which was a special thatincluded the eight piece chicken as well as a salad, two sides, 4 churros, and tortillas. The chicken was very tender andnicely cooked. We also ordered a chicken avocado burrito which was huge and delicious. The churros tasted as good as any I haveordered from fancy restaurants in big cities. The side salad was large and had slices of avocado. I asked for extra salsa,plates, and utensils and the employee happily gave us everything for which we asked. The server recommended the mac & cheese asone of the sides, and that side was fabulous. We also ordered the pinto beans which had a little bit of spice to them. Customerservice was A+. Accurate and friendly. Hard workers here. The Creamy Avocado Dressing is fantastic. The restaurant islocated in the front of the Trinity Parkway shopping center, across the way from Target. If you're driving west on Eight MileRoad turn left onto Trinity Parkway, then turn left on the second entrance to the shopping center. We didn't know where it was. 10506 is the address. Read more
Very rude service, will not be returning. I have never experienced being cut off twice from an establishedment while trying to... request to remove ingredients due to food allergies. The guy cuts me off in the middle of me requesting to remove 2 ingredientsand claimed I needed to choose a drink 1st. Ridiculous and very rude customer service Read more
I would say 95% of the time the food is great and I?ve never experienced any service issues. The BRC is a great choice for the... little ones and those that need a smaller meal. The rewards program is good, just remember to scan your receipts. Update1/3/21: the new Fit Bowls are ???????? Read more

I do enjoy coming to this El Pollo Loco. The food is always good. The customer service is pretty cool. I never experienced a bad... visit. There is outside seating for you. Plus plenty parking. Free Wi-Fi is a plus here. I do like that. Don't forget to jointhe loco reward program. You earn points for everything. You also receive promos via email. Read more
