Visited today with my family and the young girl in the picture assist us and was so rude.No eye contact, no communication. 0/10... customer service. She Wasn?t listening to what we were saying we wanted to customize our Ice creams but she totally ignored us. We are very disappointed by the customer service. I asked her name but she didn?t give me her name, that?s why i?m posting thispicture. The young lady who helped us was so unattached to us. No smiles, not communicating, nothing. I even told her here's a tip for... you. She didn't even smile at all and said put it in the jar. Probably not coming back to this place again due to her attitude. Read more
