I drove from out of town to try this place out and I must be honest I was NOT a happy customer?.i ordered quite a few different... items to try them out and the only thing enjoyable was the curry chicken. The rice and peas were also ok but the ribs I receivedmore bones then meat, the pulled pork looked like slop something you?d feed your dog, the Mac and cheese there was nothingkiller about it. The Rasta pasta oh no I threw that up the teriyaki chicken I wasn?t able to really enjoy the flavors being ithad bbq and curry on it, the vegetables were super crunchy and the store bought carmel cheesecake was good. We enjoyed the most delicious meal cooked by Chef James today!! I had the mini, 1 meat and 1 side. I choose barbque ribs and... Mac n cheese!! WOW!! The flavors jumped out!! It was delicious!! My husband got double meat and double sides. He chose barbqueribs, loaded potato and veggies! We highly recommend Chef James to cook up your favorite Jamaican meal!! Ordered off of Doordash but had to come by and leave a review had. Easily some of the best food I've had in town. We used CJ's for catering an event our high school put on this past weekend. We planned for 40 people originally and the last... minute 15 more people bought tickets. I was worried but chef James went above and beyond. We had plenty of food! He is sofriendly and personable and his food is SO good it had even our pickiest of our eaters coming back for seconds. I been craving mac 'n cheese and this place is SHMACK. Oh my... Their mac 'n cheese is the best I've had so far, and I'll... definitely be ordering more for sure for sure. Their ribs are tender and come off the bone easily, lathered in barbecue sauce.The jerk chicken is good, but personally, I like their curry chicken better. The food is hot, flavorful, easy on the pocket, andit's just amazing. I love their mac 'n cheese ???? Their sweet potato casserole is also good. They also have pasta that I wantto try. For starters Chef James seems like a super nice humble man. Second the food was amazing..it is definitely comfort food! Ordered... the curry,teriyaki and jerk chicken along with ribs and a meat patty! The meat patty is something I could find myself eatingevery day for every meal!
