Drive thru horrible. Waited 19 minutes to get 5 tenders. Completely wasted my lunch. I will not be coming here until they step... up there game. Waited 20 min to get 5 tenders like wow. I had already finished my soda by then that didn't even have ice. I gotmy receipt at 3:56pm didn't get my food till 4:17pm and they still manage to give me none spicy when I asked for spicy. So my husband ordered a 12pcs meal with the biscuits and two large sides and added another large side of okra but they first... messed up with no gravy for the mashed potatoes then the biggest mistake is the chicken omg it takes like old oil and no normaldelicious flavoring. Don't know what's happened different in the last few months. But we have been to this location sooooooomany times and have never I mean never had issues. Signed up for rewards program. Was told at the counter that our free items could not be ordered at the counter and that they had... to be ordered on the website. Poor customer experience when the rewards program is intended to attain and retain customers. Thisexperience left us as existing customers wanting to dine there less often. Read more
